Privacy

Pressure Progress supports a browser-only guest plan and a signed-in plan with account history.

What we collect

Your profile, goal, schedule, workout entries, food entries, hydration, movement, recovery, body-weight entries, reminders, XP and settings are stored to provide your daily plan and progress views.

Where it is stored

Guest history stays in this browser. When you sign in with ChatGPT, your account email identifies your saved plan and history on our hosting database. A local copy supports recovery from interrupted saves. Conflicting edits require your attention before newer account history is replaced. Clearing browser data removes local copies and unsynced changes.

Progress photos

Progress-photo uploading is not available in the current web app. Pressure Progress does not publish photos or other personal progress data.

Export and deletion

You can export your tracker from Privacy inside the app. Individual food entries can be deleted where shown. Signed-in users can delete cloud account history from the account controls. An empty account revision marker prevents delayed requests from restoring deleted history. Guest history and local recovery copies remain on the device until its site data is cleared.

Third parties

The website uses hosting and sign-in providers to deliver the product. When you select Estimate Meal, your meal description and any clarification are sent through our backend to OpenAI. Your profile and saved history are not included in this request. We request that the response not be stored as an API response; the provider may still retain data under its applicable policies. AI estimates and their portion assumptions become part of your diary only after you confirm. Custom Macros does not call AI or a food database. Existing food-provider history remains available. Pressure Progress does not sell your fitness information to advertisers.

Wellness information

Pressure Progress is a fitness and wellness organization tool, not a medical service. It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
